QIQI International CO., was established in 1999, HK. QIQI(HK) mainly design the products, then OEM manufacture.

With the continuous expansion of orders, the design studio and workshop of inflatable products was set up in Guangzhou China, in 2005. and Guangzhou Government formally established Guangzhou QIQI Inflatable Co., Ltd in Guangzhou, in 2007.

The quality of all of our inflatable toys warranty for 3 years. If it arises quality problems during the warranty period, our company will be responsible for the quality.

Warranty of quality is the following ways:

1. If the material is changed, PVC Tarpaulin peel off under the action of powerless, or

PVC coated layer is stripped, after related identification that it belongs to our quality problems we will be responsible for the full amount of compensation.

2. The defect of sewing craft, such as the product technology’s defects leads that it can't be fully used, after our company identified, we will be responsible for our products and make video about how to repair them, send our some related repair material by express, guide our customers to arrange for repairs.

3. During the warranty period, QIQI Inflatable Co., Ltd. will provide all necessary support service, such as provision of the maintenance material and related accessories.

4. All QIQI inflatable toys generated automatically product bar codes on the lower right corner of warning, which is the only basis for our product warranty.

5. QIQI inflatable Co., Ltd will be retain the right to final interpretation about the product warranty.
